Not quite right for your laundry? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Happy to take back

• Unopened packs and bottles with the seal intact.
• Anything that arrived damaged, leaking or wrong.

Sorry, we cannot take back

Opened detergents, sheets and sprays, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Fabric worries

Always check the care label on your clothes and follow our instructions. If you think a product did not perform as described, email [email protected] with photos and we will look at it with you.

How to send something back

• Email [email protected] with your order number and what went wrong.
• We will send you return instructions.
• Return postage is on you, unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
