These terms apply when you use tavopix.com or buy from Tavopix, operated by Shenzhen Xuanqiai Trading Co., Ltd..

Household product safety

• Keep detergent beads, sheets and sprays out of reach of children and pets. Detergent beads can look like sweets.
• Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
• Store in a cool, dry place with the pack closed.
• Follow the dosing and fabric instructions on each product.

Fabrics

Test on a hidden area first when using a product on delicate or brightly coloured fabrics. We are not responsible for damage to garments caused by ignoring care labels or product instructions.

Orders and prices

Prices are in USD. Orders are confirmed when payment is accepted. If a price is wrong or an item is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Photos and text on this website belong to Tavopix. Please ask before reusing them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Some products offer an optional Subscribe & Save purchase. If you choose a subscription:

• Billing cycle: you are charged at the interval you select (for example every 30, 60 or 90 days) at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Price: each renewal is charged at the then-current subscription price for that product; promotional one-time prices do not automatically apply to renewals.
• How to cancel: email [email protected] with your order number and request cancellation, or use any self-service cancel link in your order confirmation / account email if provided. We process cancellation requests within 2 business days.
• When cancellation takes effect: if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the next renewal charge, that renewal will not be billed. Charges already processed for a cycle that has begun are handled under our refund policy.
• Refunds: unused prepaid subscription cycles may be refunded to your original payment method after we confirm cancellation; opened or shipped items follow the Refund / Return Policy.

Choosing one-time purchase (not checking Subscribe & Save) does not enrol you in auto-renewal.
