Getting your order ready

We pack orders within 1–3 business days. Detergent beads and sprays are sealed and bagged to keep moisture out and prevent leaks.

Delivery

Standard tracked delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote addresses and busy holiday periods may take a little longer.

Shipping cost

You will see your shipping cost at checkout before paying. Free-shipping deals are applied automatically.

Tracking

We will email your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Keep it dry

Detergent beads dissolve in water, so please bring your parcel indoors quickly and store packs in a cool, dry place.

If something is not right

• Leaking, wet or damaged pack: send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days and we will replace it.
• Tracking has not moved for 10 business days: let us know and we will sort it out with the carrier, then resend or refund.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Orders of $79 USD or more ship free to addresses we currently deliver to. Orders under $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

Warehouse and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong Province, China. Delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch.
